EXHIBIT SONGS

This section contains a listing of all the songs and stories presented in the Words, Wood and Wire exhibit. Eleven of these tracks are digitized versions of the original recordings made by Professor McIntosh in Southern Illinois during the 1950s. The remaining three tracks made since the 1980s are commercially produced. Due to changes in technology over time, the audio quality of the older recordings varies from the newer ones, so you may have to adjust your volume level between tracks.

Each track is listed below by the title of the song or story, the name(s) of the performer(s), and the date it was recorded. You can listen to each track online from a streaming server in any of three formats: RealPlayer (RP), Windows Media Player (WMP), or MP3.
