Message from the Principal
Welcome to Horace Mann Elementary in Moline, Illinois. We are a K-6 school whose attendance district includes residential areas on the south side of the Rock River and Coal Valley. Horace Mann's staff provides a comprehensive educational K-6 program including the intermediate grades (4-6) for our sister school Bicentennial Elementary in Coal Valley. Besides offering learning disability, speech and language support services, we also provide services for the district's behavior disordered instructional program.
