Location
The University Museum Galleries are located on the first floor of Faner Hall North in the heart of the campus of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Illinois. The Administrative Offices are located at 2469 Faner Hall, just upstairs from the Museum Galleries. It takes a short walk south from the Pulliam Hall clock tower or north of the two-story parking garage next to the Student Center. Directions to The University Museum:
The University lies on the south side of Carbondale. Drive Highway 51 South turning west onto Lincoln Drive at the stop light near McAndrew Stadium.
Parking is available in several areas near the Student Center on the weekends and after 4 p.m. weekdays for free. During the week, metered lots are available in certain areas. Please see the map for parking locations.
