Learning Kits

To supplement classroom instruction or group discussion the following materials may be borrowed from the University Museum for a two week period. Pick up and return is made at the University Museum Office in Faner Hall, C Wing (Room 2469) on the SIUC campus. Call the University Museum at (618) 453-5388 to arrange a time for pick up of the loan materials.

Artifact Kits

Kits contain 10-12 items, printed materials that provide a basis for classroom learning, includes a detailed description of each item, a bibliography and suggested use.

Mini-Slide Script Programs

These short programs have been developed for use with preschool children. They contain colorful pictures to introduce children to a variety of topics: Indians, Pioneers, Dinosaurs, Birds, and Wildflowers.
