Lee Benz (1918-1986) was a talented artists working in several media (her work, Magic Fishbowl, is seen at left). A fire destroyed many of her artworks, which led her son, Eldon Benz, to use his computer skills and education in art (from SIU) to

This popular exhibit looks at student life in the many buildings that served as housing between 1913, when Anthony Hall opened as a girl’s dormitory, and 2013, the 100th anniversary of University Housing.
This exhibit honors the late metalsmith and professor of art, L. Brent Kington who left a lasting legacy to his craft and to Southern Illinois University. Kington's Wind Arrow is seen at left.
